Upon successful completion of TECC, students will receive an NAEMT certification as a TECC Provider (valid for four years from course completion) and 16 hours of CAPCE continuing education credits.
NAEMT’s TECC course is endorsed by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma, is consistent with the current guidelines established by the Committee on TECC (Co-TECC), and meets the updated National Tactical Emergency Medical Support Competency Domains.
TECC is oriented to the civilian tactical medical provider and is fully aligned with the recommendations of the Hartford Consensus (I, II, III, and IV), the C-TECC standards, and the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care. NAEMT 2nd Edition TECC course is a recognized education partner of C-TECC.
