Modern Day Outfitters
Modern Day Outfitters processes and ships orders in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing & Shipment Timeline
• Orders are processed within two 2 business days of purchase
• Orders ship within five 5 business days of order placement unless otherwise noted
• Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day
• Tracking information is provided once the order ships
Certain products may ship directly from a distributor or manufacturer. Delivery time may vary based on supplier availability.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using the following carriers as appropriate:
• UPS
• FedEx
• United States Postal Service USPS
Carrier selection is determined by product type, size, weight, and regulatory requirements.
Shipping Locations
We ship to physical addresses within the Continental United States.
We do not ship internationally unless specifically stated. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be restricted.
Accessories & Non Regulated Items
Optics, accessories, parts, gear, apparel, and other non regulated merchandise may ship directly to the purchaser’s residential address where legally permitted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item ordered is lawful in their state and local jurisdiction.
Firearms
All firearms regulated under federal law will ship only to a valid Federal Firearms License FFL holder.
• A current FFL must be provided or arranged prior to shipment
• Firearms will not ship until FFL verification is complete
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring legality in their state and municipality
• Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the responsibility of the buyer
Modern Day Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.
Ammunition
• Ammunition ships via approved ground service only
• Certain states and municipalities restrict or prohibit ammunition shipments
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that ammunition may legally ship to their address
• Orders placed in violation of state or local law will be canceled
Black Powder & Muzzleloaders
Black powder muzzleloaders that qualify as non regulated firearms under federal law may ship directly to a residential address where legally permitted.
Customers remain responsible for verifying state and local regulations prior to purchase.
Customer Legal Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer affirms that:
• They are of legal age to purchase the product
• They are legally permitted to own and possess the product
• The product is lawful in their state and local jurisdiction
• All information provided during checkout is accurate

Order Refusal & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion to ensure legal compliance, prevent fraud, or mitigate risk.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to regulatory restrictions, the transaction will be voided and refunded.
Limitation of Liability
Modern Day Outfitters shall not be liable for:
• Delays caused by carriers
• Shipments refused or returned due to local restrictions
• Customer misinterpretation of applicable laws
• Incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product
All products are sold in compliance with federal law and applicable state regulations at the time of shipment.
